This includes the design of floor and ceiling finishes, underfloor electrax cabling, partitioning and decoration.

We take a brief and our draughtsman prepares and sends detailed drawings of a design for further consideration and refinement.

Whilst occupiers typically source their own IT and telecom packages, we can provide detailed advice as required.

Furniture can also be included as part of the service.

Of course, prospective tenants can instruct their own professionals to take care of the interior fit out of the offices.
